2016 Gibson ES-275 promised at NAMM

The Japanese market is large enough for Gibson to hear their needs for American Guitars. Here comes the ES-275.  It does look interesting.

Gibson A-50 1941-42 Mandolin in shop for restringing

This is a nice 1941-42 Gibson mandolin. The 4 digit serial number made it difficult to pinpoint the model and age. This period of mandolin had no lable or headstock stamped  number.
She sounds wonderful and offers to buy her have been made by others.
Thought viewers might enjoy seeing the instrument.

Jazz Thinline Guitars

17" lower bout, 25.5" scale, maple back sides and laminate neck, Kent Armstrong pickup 8 ohm, Roller bridge Cocbola veneer on headstock.
