Our client has a very nice Martin guitar. The action is high and the bridge was lifting at the back. More than half of the bridge was intact. So the decision not to pull the bridge was made. A cattle syringe was modified by filing the needle as thin as possible and bending to 30 degrees. Hide glue was pushed into the gap looking for it to ooze from the seams. The smaller image shows the glistening seam of glue after clean up. It will remain in the clamps for 48 hours. Then the action shall be addressed. It's well on the road to playability.
